Membership Information 2001-2002

Membership Fee and Conditions:

1. Only those who have origins in Madhapar or whose spouse is from Madhapar may apply for the membership.
2. Duration of membership is from 1st September to 31st August.
3. Both parents must be members if children under 18 are included in the membership form (unless single parent).
4. Children under 18 included in the form reaching age of 18 on 1st September will be treated as adults and will have to pay membership fees.
5. Membership fee is £10.00 per adult per year. All persons aged 18 or above are treated as adults.
6. Membership can be paid for the 1 year, 3 years or 5 years only.
7. Membership fee is fixed for the duration of membership.
8. Cheque payable to Kutch Madhapar Karyalaya (UK).
9. Last day for the renewal for year 2001-2002 is 26th July 2002.
